Lower Lake High School Intro to Fire Science Project

On Monday, November 9th, it was an honor to have members of Citizens Caring 4 Clearlake Vicki Crystal, Mitch Markowitz, and Barbara Christwitz sit in on the Lower Lake High School “Intro to Fire Science” class of 20 plus students. Lee Lambert, Director of Code Enforcement outlined the plan for Monday, November 16th, where the class will be divided into groups and then walk portions of the Avenues documenting code enforcement situations and picking up roadside trash. Public Works Supervisor Chuck Davis will be closing off one lane of traffic on Philips Ave. as a safety measure.

Barbara Christwitz remarked that it was great to have the energy of youth, who will also receive community service hours for their work.
